At the helm, Chef Manoj Sharma creates a sunny and generous menu: hummus curry, souvlaki skewers, spiced hot dogs, rose water baba, and many other mezzes to share.

From morning to night, Amanie adapts to every desire: gourmet breakfast, business lunch, aperitif in the hanging garden, or a lively dinner in the elegant decor designed by Studio Adjamée.

And to extend the experience, head to the bar, the beating heart of Amanie. Our mixologist Julien Quettier creates creative cocktails, to be enjoyed during Happy Hour, Monday to Friday, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
