In the heart of the Opera district, a new atypical place which aims to be at the crossroads of London and Paris. Laid out on three floors, decorator Laura Gonzalez mixed the codes of the Parisian brasserie with those of the English restaurant.
Behind the stove, British Chef Calum Franklin, “the Pie King” creates a menu, mixing his love for traditional English cuisine and his learning of the great classics of French cuisine.
